Preparing for an Online Appointment 

Online appointments can be as effective as face to face.

Prior to your appointment you will receive an email with payment details and the link for your online session. All appointments are in Australian eastern time.

For online appointments we recommend setting up early to ensure your phone/device, sound and mic are working. We will try to call you three times before marking you as ‘did not answer’. The cancellation policy will then apply.
