Lynda is a mother, grandmother, wife, counsellor, and businessperson who is passionate about empowering her clients to create positive changes to enhance their personal or professional lives. She takes time to listen to her client’s unique stories and provides insights and tools needed to navigate life with resilience and purpose.
A therapy session with Lynda will feel natural, conversational, and purposeful. As a compassionate, authentic, intuitive, person-centred counsellor Lynda uses an integrative therapeutic approach that includes enquiry regarding your general health and well-being. Lynda uses various modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Expressive Therapy, and Mindfulness.
No matter what brings you to therapy, Lynda’s goal is to provide a safe, and non-judgemental environment where you feel heard, and supported. She will work with you to address your concerns, provide guidance, and help you achieve the best possible outcomes. Through the therapy process, you will identify your strengths, gain confidence, and build skills to pursue your best possible life.
